when i crearte a new object type in tcode SWO1,following data are asked to fill.can i get the meaning of these..

Hi Gaurav,

Supertype - reference business object to create the new sub object

Object Type - same as supertype

Object name - name of the object starting with z (bus2012 to zbus2012)

Name - self explanatory

Description -self explanatory

Program -z program which should contain the code similar to the std prm of the super business object.

Application - * cross-client( can be used across diff clients)

if you want to inherit methods/attributes from anothere business object, then fill this business object here.

Object Type

Object name

Program

give the same name to all three, for instance ZBUS2081 or whatever.

Description

a short explanation for your created object

Application

just place a '*'
