HI All,

I require to send an email whenever purchase order gets changed.

can we do this through workflows?

Please guide me or atleast provide me the link to go step by step.

You can do this via workflow.

Try creating a workflow task. Make the triggering event of this task as PurchaseOrder.changed event of the business object BUS2012. There is a type of task which can send emails. Once this done, you are good enough to achieve what is required.

yes u can do... are u comfortable with workflos?? if not, use the tutorial at

the Business object as per your req is BUS2012 as told above.
