I am trying to convert the opening of a letter into different languages.

For example Dear Mr...should be Sehr geehrte/r Herr...In German. The dear part is stored as a text element so it converts fine, but the MR part is passed as a parameter and using the bleow statement it doens't convert.

How can I conver Mr into Herr using ABAP?

CONCATENATE text-021 iuser_salutation ','
