actually we define the internal tables as

for header line we use keywords

WITH HEADER LINE

LIKE <ref table>

for internal table body we use the key words

OCCURS n

LIKE TABLE OF

so here ur internal table reffered as a table body without header line. ok

i think this syntaxes may clear ur doubt
