Se71--&lt;DEL&gt;&amp;gt;Name of the script&lt;/DEL&gt;-&amp;gt;Basic Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you get the page format. then folow: SPAD&lt;DEL&gt;-&amp;gt;Full Administration&lt;/DEL&gt;&amp;gt;Device Types&lt;DEL&gt;-&amp;gt;Device Types&lt;/DEL&gt;&amp;gt;Position the cursor on the device type of the printer under consideration&lt;DEL&gt;&amp;gt;Click on page formats&lt;/DEL&gt;&amp;gt;Click on change ( Pencil Icon ) It will display a creation button Clickm it &amp;amp; add your page format. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you know the name of the printer defined in SAP on which you want to print the script, to get the device type follow SPAD--&lt;DEL&gt;&amp;gt;Output Devices&lt;/DEL&gt;&amp;gt;Double click on your printer, it will display the device type of that printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raju Chitale&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;U can make settings in the SPAD transaction and make these settings default going thru&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System--&amp;gt;User Profile --&amp;gt; Own data and in the "Defaults" tab mention the  Spool Control with the appropriate option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reward points if found useful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
