Hi,

U can make settings in the SPAD transaction and make these settings default going thru

System-->User Profile --> Own data and in the "Defaults" tab mention the Spool Control with the appropriate option.

Hi Bharath,

The printer is applied for LP01 and CASN.

LP01---> HP LaserJet.

CASN--> other print device

goto t.code SPAD.

Hi,

First get the page format of the script. Se71--~~>Name of the script~~->Basic Settings.

Once you get the page format. then folow: SPAD~~->Full Administration~~>Device Types~~->Device Types~~>Position the cursor on the device type of the printer under consideration~~>Click on page formats~~>Click on change ( Pencil Icon ) It will display a creation button Clickm it & add your page format.

If you know the name of the printer defined in SAP on which you want to print the script, to get the device type follow SPAD--~~>Output Devices~~>Double click on your printer, it will display the device type of that printer.
