      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting abap dump on the &lt;STRONG&gt;Transfer&lt;/STRONG&gt; statment where in i am transfering character data to string.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can be the exact cause for the issue ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the help mentions that character cannot be converted,it is a bit confusing or rather unclear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pls help me solve or understand this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rohan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
