2)Suppose in the Report Program I want to pass data to another Report Program ..how will you do that one

hi there...

select statement fethes all the related records into the buffer and use them. it works in a loop.

select single fetches a single row at a time.\

to pass data from one report to another, use get and set parameters.

rest i need to search.

do reward if helpful. i wil get bak with firther info.

1)Differentiate select and select single?

Ans:Select pulls all the data but where as select single pulls only one record with where conditions.

2)Suppose in the Report Program I want to pass data to another Report Program ..how will you do that one

Ans:Using SUBMIT keyword you can pass one report to another report.

3)What is the Difference Between basic list and interactive list

Ans:Basic list is also called as primary list in other words single list.Interactive list:The user can drill from one list to another.

4)what are parameters of DDCinsert fun module

5)what is the status code when IDOC is created?

6) how to debug user exits?

Ans:The best to debug user exits is put a break-point corresponding to username.

7) what is the procedure for direct I/P method?

Ans:Directly update the database tables not through t-codes.

Ans:We can write code in LSMW it all depends on the requirement.And reg WHEN?Again the same answer depending on the requirement.

10) If I code parameters and selection events without writing the start-of-selection, will the report runs?

Ans:Firstly the question is not clear enough.In ABAP the default event to trigger is start-of-selection if you dont specify any event the start of selection triggers but incase if any event is specified the start-of-selection event should be mentioned if not this gives a run time error.
