ABAP/SAP bug

Hi,

I don't know where to post this problem ... I guess ABAP programmers can help me.

The problem is that when i want to unblock a customer in Tcode VD05 SAP says:

Account 10189 is currently blocked by user XXX.

But user XXX is not logged in ... i've checked with SM04.

In this situation, what can I do? It seems to be SAP bug.

Someone help me...

Hi Check in SM12 tcode for lock entries.

Hi,

You need to read the message carefully, the account is BLOCKED not LOCKED.

Transaction VD05 allows you to blocked accounts, so that postings cannot be made. The account you have selected has already been blocked by the other user (potentially some time ago) and the system is making you aware of this before it will let you unblock it.

Hi,

Try to open SM12 and give that 'XXX' user id and execute. In the next screen it will show all the locked entries. If the one which you need, exists then delete that entry and try to open with urs.
