Dear friends,

In SHDB i m trying to record MEKR transaction. In this first i will enter data in the screen and will click on execute. then it takes to another screen by showing the amount changed. then i have to press save. in this case only the recording gas to be completed.

But in the first screen after entering the data , it is not going to another screen for saving. recording is getting ended there.

Please suggest me in this.

This mean in MEKR transaction you dont have any other mandatory fields in further screens..thats why its ended with first screen itself and saved automatically without popup..just check once after ending that screen...in one table which stores the MEKR details..if you found there your entries...automatic save has done.

I have checked that. Saving is not done. Is there any alteranate solution to do that ?

Hi,

What are the fields you are in tcode MEKR is the org, vendor, % and end date of conditon.

Is there any msg at status when U press F8 ...I have tried too it gives me the message saying that No Selection Data.

Can U send how will be yur flat file...

Hi Ajay,

Ask functional ppl how do they save the data ...just with test case.

That could help U a lot..

Hi suneel,

they have given the same procedure

after entering the data, by pressing F8 it goes to next screen

by showing the information which is getting changed. there we will press save. then only records are getting updated.

Ajay,

What are the fields your r entering and wht is the structure of flat file.

Is that data configured in the client where you are recording.

In which client Functional showed the Procedure.

can you send me the structure of Flat file..

i am entering

Purchasing organization, vendor , material, contract , condition type , absolute amount, exchange rate type ,

or from date and to date.

remaining all fields are blank and all check boxes should be unchecked

Hi Ajay,

Have you checked which client you r recording and

On whcih client Yur Functional showed You...

and need Table fields...of the values yur r entering.

I am doing in the same client where he had shown.

I am able to do that in MEKR.

but not able to do that in SHDB.
