    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hussian,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Developing&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Writing new code for achieving desired functonality given the by the functional speifcation is called development.This work is normally done in every new project. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Customizing:&lt;/STRONG&gt;means when already some project is existing, if u want to make changes according to customer req's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Configuring:&lt;/STRONG&gt; This is done, once project is developed and tested, then configuring  the required settings in the sytems landscape of  customer premises to implement the project.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it useful, reward points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank u,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prasad G.V.K&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
