Hi Fahad Javed ,
Follow the steps to see all application toolbar function codes that are appeared on PA30 screen.
1. [Screen 1.|http://bp3.blogger.com/_O5f8iAlgdNQ/SAtb4NRCgZI/AAAAAAAABA0/Z-4y085m6ws/s1600-h/1-768622.JPG]
2.[Screen 2.|http://bp1.blogger.com/_O5f8iAlgdNQ/SAtb4tRCgaI/AAAAAAAABA8/kLpLdQwMbgc/s1600-h/2-769979.JPG]
3.[Screen 3|http://bp1.blogger.com/_O5f8iAlgdNQ/SAtb4tRCgbI/AAAAAAAABBE/K-WttdccdZc/s1600-h/3-770820.JPG].Double click on the marked one ..that is MMOD
4.[Screen 4|http://bp2.blogger.com/_O5f8iAlgdNQ/SAtb49RCgcI/AAAAAAAABBM/i5sTDLk_pkU/s1600-h/4-771751.JPG].

You can see now INS =Create
MOD=Modify...just click on any of them see the text.

I hope that it solves ur problem.
Regards,
Venkat.O
