Objects getting locked

Senario:

We have a custom development to create a quote clled as Virtual quotes. An SAP quote will be created based upon this virtual quote. Once the customer creates a virtual quote via WEB, the quote center people process that virtual quote to actual SAP quote after all the validations like pricing.

Problem:

While processing this virtual quote, VQC people are getting an error message as 'quote is locked by WEBUSER-T'. Previously we were not facing this problem. We are encountering this after the OS migration.

Could you please provide me the solution.

Hi,

go to sm12 transaction.

press LIST in application toolbar.you will find your object there.select the object and remove the lock.

It seems that still that virtual quote is locked by customer..

Are you anyhow committing that quote before VQC people start processing it.. or if commit occurs in standard process, then try to add some wait seconds before starting to process that virtual quote.
