This enhancement is to provide a better approach of handling the module by the user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*&lt;STRONG&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/STRONG&gt;*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;#149;	Creation of a BDC program to download the timesheet generated by the various departments of the organization.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;#149;	Transfer the data obtained, into the appropriate tables after checking the validations of the fields including the existence of employee, begin/termination date, cost assigned to employee etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;#149;	Generate the error report on the presentation server of the user with detailed description of error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;#149;	Customization of Payroll to generate the specific calculations regarding the Provident Fund and the data transfer to various Forms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;#149;	Creation of interfaces to generate user specific reports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
