I want to understand this project.Please Help me.

Project Name: Payroll customization

**Description **: This project is aimed to enhance the functionality of the HR module according to the requirement of the organization. This enhancement is to provide a better approach of handling the module by the user.

*Responsibilities:*

• Creation of a BDC program to download the timesheet generated by the various departments of the organization.

• Transfer the data obtained, into the appropriate tables after checking the validations of the fields including the existence of employee, begin/termination date, cost assigned to employee etc.

• Generate the error report on the presentation server of the user with detailed description of error.

• Customization of Payroll to generate the specific calculations regarding the Provident Fund and the data transfer to various Forms.

• Creation of interfaces to generate user specific reports.

As in the description this project is for customising & upgrade the Payroll( HR) of a organization to make it more user friendly and effective and minimize manual buisness work. This will mainly deal with uplodation of data in sap as well as specific report generation.

--> name of the project

> to provize the performance every things has been splited up seperately so that the enduser can have much more efficient to use this one.

*Responsibilities:*

• Creation of a BDC program to download the timesheet generated by the various departments of the organization.

--> Time sheet like what to be done at what time.so that according to that all the further cations like payroll generation everyu thing depends

• Transfer the data obtained, into the appropriate tables after checking the validations of the fields including the existence of employee, begin/termination date, cost assigned to employee etc.

> the data of time sheet is to sent to all concerned tables

• Generate the error report on the presentation server of the user with detailed description of error.

> when uploading i.e inserting inot the tables some of the records are not matching the validation so might be a error report is downloaded on the presentation server..for that detialed report need to be generated.

• Customization of Payroll to generate the specific calculations regarding the Provident Fund and the data transfer to various Forms.

---> Some updation of the provident fund related data in payroll.

• Creation of interfaces to generate user specific reports.

--> needs to generate the interfaces for all these purposes
