Hi,

How many Reference users can be attached to one user-ID?

Is it possible to attach a Reference user to another Reference user?

I'm currently working in R/3 4.7

Hi,

For one employee id we can add only one reference user in SU01.

it is possiable to attach a reference user to a another reference user.

But user can get only one reference user authorizations.Whome we specify in SU01 for user id.

Do you know if there is any OSS note regarding this issue?

Do you have any other suggestions how to handle a user with "too many roles"?

Hi Ulrika,

If you are getting anywhere close to approx 300 roles then you should think carefully about redesigning your security concept. Worse case scenarion and you can't do that then looking at consolidating some functions such as display access or accross org units may help you reduce the number of roles depending on what is causing the problem
