regarding an error while creating RFC Funciton

Hello experts:

First Thank you in advance for all your replies.

I created an RFC function, checking passed , but failed to activate it. a message says that

REPORT/PROGRAM statement missing, or program type is I (INCLUDE).

would you please tell me why? what's more, please tell me what 's the difference between the normal functions and RFC functions except the Processing type. I referring to some material , RFC is Remote-enabled module.

SE37 display FM, then from top menu GOTO >> Main Program & check/activate main program & all includes. sometimes activation needs to be done with the required sequence.

IN SE37~~->utilities~~->inactive object ~~>function groups~~->select your function group and activate.
