Hai,

Expect an answer from you gurus for a strange problem which I face right now.

I had a TMG and it was working fine. Now I had to transport it to another landscape and after the transport, the TMG seems to be lost.

While transporting, the concerned table got some issues. One data element got lost in transport and so the table came as new table in the new landscape. So I had to make the data element again in the new landscape and I activated the Table here. But when I run the transaction for the TMG, it shows an error telling that the screen is not found. (I had attached the TMG to a transaction). Now, when I checked in the Transport Request, I saw that the Function Group which I had created for the TMG is available there with the screens. (i checked even from the Object Navigator in the new Landscape and it is there).

But when I took SE55, the function group with which I created the TMG in the earlier Landscape, seems to be missing in the new landscape. (ie, the TMG seems to be lost and the system prompts to create a new TMG). I tried to create entries from SE11 and instead of the TMG screen, it is showing the standard Create Entries screen.

What shall I do now? Should I create a new TMG? If I have to create a new TMG, should I use a new Function Group?

Please do help.

Regards,

Jubish

Sorry, but I tried this out and when I transported it to a different server, it showed an error stating that the screen is already available.

Any suggestions?

Regards,

Jubish
