You can join the tables

using the fields

RECN

ACTN

they are in all the three tables.

check it

u can use inner join for the tables with rectn & actn fields.

SO that all the common entries are fetched..!

Which possibilitiy is existing regarding this join (see above) to find out to which

org.unit the involved or affected persons belong ?

Generally which correlation is existing.

For finding the relations you can do this

Use SQVI transaction,

Create a View

enter title,

Choose the Data source as Table Join

Now use Insert table option,

And insert the tables which you want, it propose the relation between them.
