Hi all,

In the system someone had deleted one single role.

I want find out who deleted it, whan and which time i.e all the details.

Where i can find all these details?

Transaction SUIM - look in the role history reports. If it has been deleted, it should say in there.

If you are on a system <4.6 then you will need to report on the profile for that role

Hi,

Go to SUIM, go to change documents, select 'For Roles'.

Under change documents tab, select the option 'Create and Delete Roles' and give the time period in which you know the role might have been deleted.

This will give you the roles deleted during that time period, with the date, time and login id of the person who deleted it.

P.S. - These particular steps and tabs are true for 4.7, might be possible depending on your SAP version, these might vary somewhere, but SUIM's change documents will definitely give you the result.

Another best way would be to run report "RSSCD100_PFCG" via SE38

and provide the role name select the radio button for create and delete roles.This will give the result who deleted with date and time.

You can also look for other changes done for that particular role
