changing sales order - document partner

Hi all,

I created a FM to create sales documents by calling BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.

As a follow-on function it should be possible to change some values in the created orders. I am using the same BAPI for this.

I am having a problem changing the document partner address data (telephone, email, name. We are using a one-time-customer). From the documentation I found the instructions on using the ADDR_LINK field and the PARTN_NUMB.

Does anyone have any experience with this or some ideas about why this is not working? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i think we can not use "BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2"

for change ..

check the function module documentation.

you can use BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to change orders.here also we have PARTNERS,PARTNERCHANGES,PARTNERADDRESSES there populate what values you want to change .

hi you need to use BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to chage the Order.

Hi Arjan,

I think you have to use the bapi BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE for changing the partner's address details.
