      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create a Z_Transaction for Maintaining Table entries via SM30 &lt;STRONG&gt;bold&lt;/STRONG&gt; specifically for this table&lt;STRONG&gt;bold&lt;/STRONG&gt;  . This way you will be granted authorization just for this Z T.code and you can maintain entries for only this custom table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most of the clients do not give you authorization for SM30 in Production . That's why you need Z*transaction for one table,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  If table has less records,Goto tcode  SE11--&lt;DEL&gt;&amp;gt;Display(F7)&lt;/DEL&gt;-&amp;gt;Press on content button(Ctrl&lt;EM&gt;Shift&lt;/EM&gt;F10)&lt;DEL&gt;&amp;gt;F8&lt;/DEL&gt;-&amp;gt;Select all records by clicking on check box&lt;DEL&gt;&amp;gt;on command button enter "/h" for debugging&lt;/DEL&gt;-&amp;gt;Enter &lt;DEL&gt;-&amp;gt;(display)F7&lt;/DEL&gt;-&amp;gt;again press F7--&amp;gt;system will go in debugg mode  there will be avariable called "code"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In below field names enter 'CODE' --&amp;gt;press enter button  it shows the value ---&amp;gt;'SHOW'  ---&amp;gt;change that value to "DELE" on the same row there will be change button.Press that.Now press F6 .One by one record will get delete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
