confilict in BDC thrown errors

Hi abapers

i got an strange problem that i am doing BDC on MFBF transaction.

when i am executing the BDC program on MFBF then it is giving success message in BDCMSGCOLL table.

i.e., the BDC is sending success message for the data.

But when i am executing the MFBF transaction with the same data i am getting an error message.

actually the error message i am getting in executing the transaction is appropriate and correct but the BDC is throwing the success message for the same data.

i want to know the reason for this confilict.

when i am executing the same BDC program in 'A' mode

then also i am getting the same error message in the transaction. When it comes back to the program, if we check the data in BDCMSGCOLL table the same error message appears with the message type as 'S'.

Please try and check with Mode 'N' and update 'S'.

See if you get the same error

Hi Sami,

It's too late to give reply.

When the data is not properly submitted on the screen we will get these type of errors.

Check the SY-SUBRC Value. If you get >1000, it is because of the data populating by you.
