remove saved report data

hi guys,

there is a SAP standard report, when i execute it, then under the report tab, i have select the "Save Data".

and everytime when i access this report with same selection, it will prompt me, to choose a new selection or the saved report data.

now the question is, how am i going to delete this saved report data?

i found that under the overview tab, it will shows the details of the saved report data information, it stated that the data type is frozen data. so from where i can remove this?

It would have been helpful if you mentioned the program name or transaction code... In some transactions it is possible to delete the saved data on the main selection screen. Check your menu options.

hi,

the transaction code is s_alr_87013558. i can't find any way to delete the save data on the selection screen and the output screen.can you please help....muc h appreciated. thanks

Transaction CJEY. You might want to use the report name (it tells you the report name when it saves the data) or your user name. Then check the line you want to delete and click the Delete button.
