    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Friends,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a user has a 'display only' R/3 account and a 'Reporting only' BW account; will the BW account license be "Limited Professional" and hence the same as if they did not have an R/3 account? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should the BW license be multi-client because the user has access to another SAP system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help will be greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Clive,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest you check your contract and see what kind of licenses do you have to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically what you should do is classify all users in all systems according to there accesses and once you have them, merge all data using the transaction LICENSE_ADMIN. That will give you a list of all the users and all systems and the license to pay for each.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards, Jose&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
