    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Screen Shots r much simpler u know.. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 ways v can take screen shot depends on whether u need it as Soft copy or Hard copy...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Soft copy:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                   Press Print screen button on t needed screen,.. open Ms-paint.. Jus Paste the Content by ctrl+v...the screen is  pasted as a picture there.. Then u can Crop the Content as needed and save it..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Hard Copy&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                 Goto Customize layout Icon (alt+F12) that there is an option Called Hard Copy... if u click it na u l take a hard copy of the screen which is currently active now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reward if Useful,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks N regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karthik&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
