PO Hold button

Hi Abap Guru,

Is there a way to prevent a user from putting a new PO on HOLD when some information given in Item fields is not correct. I can prevent the user to save the PO but not to hold. Is there a userexit that can work for the "hold" button or is there another solution to this?

Hello,

The purpose of HOLD functionality is to put PO on hold when there are issues/missing data. By using BADI ME_HOLD_PO, you can disable this functionality.
