Go to the Import and Export parameters of the 'BAPI_PO_CHANGE'. In the import parameters, PURCHASEORDER is mandatory and the rest of the import parameters are optional. Just pass this parameter PURCHASEORDER in <se37>

Now you should see the values in Export parameter 'EXPHEADER' and also in Tables check return, poitem, poaddrdelivery, poschedule etc.

Please check the Function Module Documentation for more detailed information.

Thanks,

siddu

Hi friends,

I am working with BAPI_PO_CHANGE to close some of the un-necessary purchase orders. I dont know what parameters to pass to that bapi to make it work fine (I am directly executing that BAPI through transaction se37). Can you give any idea regarding this....

If u know any BAPI other than BAPI_PO_CHANGE (to close existing purchase orders), please tell me.

                                    Thanks in advance.
