hi all ,

i have one requirement , when i execute ,my ALV Report then

output is coming then my clien want this output in text file with CSV format other wise in excel format with CSV format ,please give me any reply ,its very argent .

Hi Ajit Pardikar,

Above the ALV grid you'll have an DOWNLOAD option. Click that button then it will ask for you to locate a place for saving. Give a path and then save it as a CSV file ....

hi ajith.

according to ur requirment click on that save file option in reprot output . then system will ask to us for storage area.in

that provide notepadfilename or exl sheet what ever u want.

In ALV Where download function is available please give me procedure for this , i am not finding any download function in ALV grid .

Hi,

In ALV grid,

One button is there. 9 th button .

U put cursor on that button . U find the word local file.Click on that button.

It will ask the the :

In which format should the list saved?

Unconverted,

Spreadsheet,

Rich text format,

HTML format,

In the clipboard,

What ever u wnat select and give the file path.
