Need your help(T code Su01)

Hi All,

i am working on a development where i have to create master data for new user id's.The requirement is to copy the following attributes from the old user id.

1.Any favorites created by user using his old user id.

2.Personal Variant.

3.Report layout etc.

Is there any way to achieve this.

Hi Ajay,

Goto tcode su01,enter the old user id from which you need to copy in the user field and on the application tool bar there is one option named ' copy ' .Click on that and on the subscreen appears populate the from field with old user id and to field with the new id to be created.Then tick the check boxes that you need to copy and press F5.All details get copied to the new user
