Hi all,

In XD03 transaction, in contact details tab i had email address of teh customer . But when i sending data using BD12 , message type DEBMAS, this field is not available in DEBMAS and i am not getting email data in idoc. remaining data is ok.

Pls tell me how to find out this.

hi,

If you use the basic types DEBMAS03 and above, you will find field KNURL (Uniform resource locator) in segment E1KNA11 having the URL/email id of customer.

make sure you have populated the email id of customer before distributing the master data through BD12.

Hi Sekhar,

You can extend the IDoc with your required field.

You can do this with the help WE31 and thereafter WE30.

Create a extra field according to your requirments and add it to your basic type.

Hi Shekar,

If you use any of the above mentioned basic types then u will get the email address correctly:

1. DEBMAS02.

2. DEBMAS04.

3. DEBMAS05.

4. DEBMAS06.

In the above mentioned basic types u need to pass the email address of the customer in the E1KNB1M-INTAD segment field.
