Sap script/main window/pb

Actualy my requirement is , I have 2 main window in First page itself. First Main window has line item, 2nd main window(using NEW WINDOW)using for some other purpose. while printing, when 1st mainwindow full,its started to print 2nd main window in first page itself.It has to print in 2nd page Main window.In script we can set only one main window, system printing logically correct,but I need to print when first main window full,it has to print in 2nd page.please guide me.

Hi JK,

define window type MAIN on first page, set second page as next page in first page, set second page as next page in second page to have this possibly repeated.

The other window should not have MAIN type.

I think you dont understand my issue clearly.. I have to 2 mainwindow in pageitself . i dnt want to print line items in 2nd main window. line item shld print in only 1st main window .

Hi JK,

you are right. "2nd main window(using NEW WINDOW)using for some other purpose" is hard to understand clearly.

You described that is works as designed. So maybe something is wrong with the design.

Please explain how, when, why and for what purpose your 2nd main window is used.

I have done security check printing, so that AMT field calcualted in main window ( 2nd maindow) and kept in check portion.1st main window for line item, 2nd main window for AMT field. can you pls add me kumarjolly@yahoo.co.in / I can expalin more. pls

Hi JK,

that's what I guessed/said: Purpose of Main window is to enable program to add one line after the other until it is full. Your second window must be created just once. No need to use type MAIN.
