Problem with BDC page down

Hi All

I am writing a BDC for a table control in which i have 20 line items but visible length is 15

I am going like this

Firstly i am passing till 15th the calling page down (=P+ ) But this page down ok code is not workingand sets the counter to 01 .

Please suggest sumthing (Answers will be rewarded )

HI,

First recheck the OK code for page down. If it is ok then try to process ur recording in all screens display mode and check whether page down is working properly or not.

Another solution is like this.

1. Populate all header data.

2. Loop at itab.

populate first row of table control.

populate Ok code for pressing little arrow(Down arrow which will move the table control rows one by one-Right most down side of table control)

Endloop.

3. After filling all the details call ur transaction.

This solution will work indipendent of number of displayed rows.

Because each time u press down arrow second row will be moved to first position.

Hi,

You need to reset the counter to 1 each time you press the page down button. For eg

Loop at item_table.

{

perform your code on screen-field[ index ] .

ok code for page down

}

if index GT 15.

index = 1.

else.

index = index + 1 .

endif.

endloop.

Hi Hitesh,

Don't use okcode =p+.. because for each screen resolution no of visible lines will change,

instead of that there might be an insert button near the table control. use the insert button while recording and code it, then ur problem might get solved.
