I want to create Conversion routine for my domain .

Kindly tell me the steps to be followed .

Hi Senthil,

You have to create funtion modules(SE37) for input/output convertions, the naming convention for the function modules should be

CONVERSION_EXIT_xxxxx_INPUT

CONVERSION_EXIT_xxxxx_OUTPUT

where xxxxx is the name of conversion routine

Please check some standard routines like

CONVERSION_EXIT_ALPHA_INPUT

CONVERSION_EXIT_ALPHA_OUTPUT to understand more.

Hi Senthil,

Go to se 37

Create 2 function modules starting with

CONVERSION_EXIT_"exitname"_input

CONVERSION_EXIT_"exitname"_output.

write the code for these function modules.

and assign the "exitname" in domain.

check the exsiting conversion Routine:

CONVERSION_EXIT_alpha_input.

CONVERSION_EXIT_alpha_output.

domain :lifnr.
