Hello,

I want to trigger the IDoc ORDERS02 when create a Purchase Order. These are the steps I have followed to configure this:

-I have activated the Change Pointers globally.

-I have activated the Change Pointers to the Message Type ORDERS.

-I have indicate all the fields of tables EKKO and EKPO on BD52 as sensible fields to generate the Change Pointers. These fields are linked to the Object EINKBELEG.

-I have linked the Message Type ORDERS with the FM MASTERIDOC_CREATE_BLAORD.

-I have done all the steps on the ALE confiuration (create Destination, Port, Partner Profile...).

When I create a Purchase Order, I don´t get any IDoc, and on the tables BDCP and BDCPS, are not created any entries corresponding to the modification on the tables EKKO and EKPO.

Somebody knows could be the cause of this?

Thanks and regards,

Manuel Míguez.

Hi,

check whether any of these below steps are missed out:

a) In WE81, add message type and shor text and save

b) After this go to BD50 - add the message type and choose the active checkbox

c) Then go to BD52 and against this message type add the Object, Table name and field name.

e.g MATERIAl, MARA and WZEIT.

Once this is done, if you can go and change the leadtime field and save.

Go to SE12 and there is a table BDCPS: Change pointer: Status

Type in the relevant message and execute. Select the latest entry by sorting the change pointer no in descending sequence.

Say for eg: 0000701813 – change pointer no

Go to BDCP table, pass in the change pointer no and execute the table. You will get the change document no and the change id as well as other parameters.

Go to CDPOS table, and pass in the document no, table name, fields name, object value, to capture the changed data in MARC table.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

JLN
