Change Document - CDHDR

I have created a transaction. I have also created a change document object for logging changes to the transaction. I have also made necessary calls in the transaction for logging the changes.

When i change the transaction or enter data manually , a change document is created in CDHDR . The problem is when i upload data into transaction using BDC sessions a change document is not created in CDHDR.

Is there any limition for change documents to be logged when we upload data using BDC, Pl help its urgent.

Normally you can activate the changes pointers for following operations.

Insert Operation

Change Operation

Delete Operation

Please check for which operations have to done it.

HI Baba,

Thanks for the response.I have coded in transaction such a way that insert and change to the transaction are logged . My BDC program does insert and change to the transaction but the change documents are not created in CDHDR when i process a BDC session using SM35. But the change document is getting created when i manually insert or change entries in the transaction
