    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There seem to be only 2 options available here:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Change the request owner to your name and then try releasing it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) The basis need to take ownership of it and then release it from their end. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot think of anything else besides this but will try and find it and let you know if i come across something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sanjiv&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7 months back we had deleted un-used clients from my Development server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, that client is having more open request (not-released).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;without out releasing &amp;amp; archiving BASIS admins had DELETED the CLIENT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when we tried to do any functional activity, it shows as OBJECT LOCKED in the deleted client by XXX user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can we release the open requests(not released) avaliable for the deleted client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;request you to guide us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanking you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;raghav&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi kiran, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had already tried by ADDING user to the Request (which was not RELEASED and belongs to DELETED client)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;adding user and trying to delete not helped me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;later even tried by login in to client 400 (deleted client)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by SAP* , since there is any entry in tstc table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, SAP* is able to log in to deleted client (virtually)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;here there is another problem, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in order to keep fresh local client copy, we RUN SHORT of DISC SPACE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raghav&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Sanjiv, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a BASIS people we use to do this activity, in case of problem while applying patches. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we will take ownership and then release the request which is lying as road block for patch application. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;here the case is totally different, previous support team had deleted the client, with out releasing the requests pertaining to client that has to be deleted. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is creating problem. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now we need to delete those Open-requests belonging to deleted client. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;request you kind attention on this, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanking you in anticipation, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;raghav.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
