How to create a container without designing at screen layout.

Check this


data docking type ref to cl_gui_docking_container.
    create object docking
                  exporting repid     = repid
                            dynnr     = dynnr
                            side      = docking->dock_at_left
                            extension = 180.

Hi a®s ,

Yes i have already used the docking container but the problem is when we use docking container we will get a container and it looks like it's is splitted.

I don't want in this way i need a plain container where i can put my alv tree.

I have browsed all alv examples in package SLIS. but all this containers are created with custom container.

If you don't want splitter then after creating the docking container disable the left pan by calling


    call method g_docking_container_1->set_visible
      exporting
        visible           = ' '
      exceptions
        cntl_error        = 1
        cntl_system_error = 2
        others            = 3.
