      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If archiving the custom data is necessary (you need to retain the data for business and or legal reasons), then, you would need to create a custom archive object, create the custom archive write job and delete job.  You would need to determine what custom tables need to be archived together.  This is not something that would be done directly in your production system.  You would need to create in your development system, do a lot of testing and then transport the changes through your landscape.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karin Tillotson&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
