Problem with Unicode checks activeu0094 flag

We have run into some problems with delta loads to BW from R/3!

There is a number of programs (on the R/3 side) that doesn’t have the “Unicode checks active”-flag set.

If we try to set the flag we get the error message Object FUGR /BI0/QI2LIS_13_VDITM cannot be assigned to package Z……..

The only solution we have come up with so far is to use package $TMP,

but that’s no good as it’s not transportable.

Do you have any idea how we shall handle this?

(Program example: /BI0/SAPLQI2LIS_13_VDITM)

Hello Abhijit,

Enabling the unicode checks active shd not give any error. There is no need of changing the package there. If this is a standard FUGR it cannot be assigned to a Z Package.
