Hello All,

How can we create an ALV Grid for the display of days wrt to the month and year.

Sample:

calendar days

Employee Num Particulars 1 2 3 4 5 …………………31

Employee name shifts

please help me to solve this problem.

Hi pooja,,,

Seems new to ABAP line. Well Welcome to the ABAP Worlds.

you want to display the record or want to take the data from yours

1. if you want to display the record

simply create internal table as the table from where u r picking the data and make necessary fld and siaplay in ALV.

2. User entry.

if you want entry screen againest the de employee then use the table controls compare to ALV . you can also take the data in ALV but it difficult to handle these with ALV.

if you have any other problem .let me know.

Actually i want to display the o/p in ALV list .But i am unable to create field catalog as per our requirement and moreover i m not able to attach my desired o/p file in forum.

1.Can anybody help me to create a field catalog for ALV list display in following format??

2.I want to display the value against each calender date(based on user input).

Like, if user input 01012008 to 31012008 then field catalog should be created with header value 1 to 31 and it should display the value for each date.

My report is based on attendances for month and i have to display employee's attendance details for corresponding dates.

Please help me to solve this problem.
