Hello All,

In our current Virsa CC,

The configuration is set to Default Settings which excludes

Non Dialog users.

However, when I go to informer tab -> Mgmt Overview -> and run the Risk Violation report It still shows up the violation for these users in total Risk violation report with Chart.

Is there any way I can have the management report that would exclude these users ?

I tried to run the background job by creating the variant that would exclude non dialog users but it does not give me Graphical view

and total Risk Violation report.

Please advise.

Hi Pranav,

Which version of CC are you on? In 5.2 for the same there is an option to show only dialog users in your anaysis in the Config tab of the CC. Have you mad ethe entry corresponding to that field to "Dialog only".
