Triggering mail after saving RFQ in ME41

Hi All,

We have a requirement like after creating RFQ from ME41 tcode, while saving RFQ a mail has to trigger to the respective vendor. Mail id of the vendor will be set while creating vendor in XK01 tcode. We tried in NACE tcode by selecting Application as EA and copied NEU output type to Z type. We also changed the required program name after selecting Z output type. We also tried selecting output type from ME41 tcode by using menu option HEADER->MESSAGES and giving the output type name. What other setting we should do.

Kindly provide answers for the same.

In NACE you need to set the Transmission medium for this vendor Transmission medium as '5' - External Send.

Please let me know if this solve the issue.

I changed the setting as u said. It is not working. Do we need to do any other changes.
