well, BSEG is a cluster table, and the other two aren't even tables, but structures. No data to be viewed here.

The whole thing does not make sense to me, so I cannot recommend a different approach.

Greetings

Thomas

P.S. using BKPF instead of BSEG does not make sense either, very different data inside...

hi Nick,

good workaround. keep in mind though that you are only selecting open items via BSIS and BSID, if you want cleared items, you need to look at BSAS and BSAD as well.

In SE11, at the very top left of the screen, you will see e.g. "Cluster table" (or "Structure" etc.) and then the table name. That's how you can tell.

Cheers

Thomas

for G/L accounts, you can find this information in table SKAT:

SAKNR = account number

TXT20 = short account text

TXT50 = long account text

You also need language SPRAS and chart of accounts KTOPL for access. KTOPL can be derived from BUKRS via table T001.

For customers, it is table KNA1:

KUNNR = account number

NAME1 = account text

Hope this helps

Thomas
