What will happen if we enter wrong password more than 3 times ..will it lock sap

It will be locked and you need to ask someone in the team to use SU01 and change the password and relogin

otherwise contact basis team to reset the them

hi Sunil,

It depends on Basis Settings.

If you have your individual account and setting is to lock after 3 wrong entries, then it will lock ur account only.

if many people are using same account, the setting (depending on Basis person) may vary and it may or may not lock.

SAP will not be locked but that specific user account will be locked. Not sure if the number of wrong hits can be altered.

1. When entered 3 times First session will get closed.

2.Based on basis settings it will lock or else you can try again.
