I have a program which will retrieve data from database and write to file and put it in server somewhere. I use

data: gv_file like rlgrap-filename.

open dataset gv_file for output in text mode encoding default.

It was fine in the production and testing environment. both are store ANSI file. But few weeks ago, the production server changed to UTF-8, and testing server still in ANSI format. How can I change back to ANSI in the production environment. Thanks!
