Hi,

i archived PM_equi data through SARA, after that archive data i am trying to do

delete but it's not showing in Archieve selection for deleting.

could any one help me in this issue......

Hi,

I see that you are not able to delete the archived files after running the write jobs for the archiving object PM_EQUI in the transaction SARA.

This could be the issue when the archived data are not stored on the storage server.

You have to manually store the archived data using the storage system option available for this object in SARA.

Click on Store files.

Select the archive files

launch the jobs for this.

Now, click on delete button

Here, you ll find the archive files for deletion.

Even if you don't the files, then using the transaction SE38, you can delete the files.

Execute the delete program for this object in this transaction and then select the archive files.

If this also does not delete the data, then please check whether you have run the write program in production mode.

Archive files will only be created when the archiving jobs are launched in productions.
