By mentioning button, i guess you are referring to Pushbutton.

Is it in a report program or Module pool Program?

Hi,

goto ur se41

when ur creating the button then give the icon name as ICON_OKAY then u will get the green tick in on ur button.

if u want the green tick on the customized screen then create the button and double click on the button and give ICON_OKAY in the icon name.

As all of the suggestions above are screen related and just incase you need it for report program:

SELECTION-SCREEN PUSHBUTTON 12(10) butt USER-COMMAND cmd.

DATA: g_text(10) TYPE c.

INITIALIZATION.

  CONCATENATE text-011 'Okay' INTO g_text.

     " Value for Text-011 is @01@

  MOVE g_text TO butt.
