Hi ,

I m creating text using function save_text.but when i am using in form its giving me some differenr text.I am unable to find the text in STXH table.Could anybody tell me in which field of stxh table actual text is maintained.or if not in table stxh in which table its actually stored

Hi,

In STXH table only it will be stored....if u want to create text then u have fill the tables parameter TDLINE..use the FM CREATE_TEXT ....if u want to read the text then use READ_TEXT FM ..

Hi,

You have to use READ_TEXT functin module to get the text. For this FM you may have to give Inputs like: TextID,TextObject,Langauge etc.

For example if you want to extract the header text you may use VBBK and where as for item text VBBP etc..

Export paramters are below.

st_thead-tdid

st_thead-tdspras

st_thead-tdobject

st_thead-tdname

Hi Lalit

STXH only contains the text-header info.

Actual textlines are in table STXL.

Use function modules of function group STXD to read / modify texts.
