I am posting vendor AP Open Items using the bapi BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST successfully. The problem is that I am passing values to XREF1 XREF2 and XREF3 fields in GL Items, Vendor items, but could not see getting populated in the database..iam even passing XBLNR in header, but could not see them stored in BKPF table...

When i look at FB03 tcode Header details, I want to see the fields Reference1 and Reference2 (BKPF-XREF1_HD) and (BKPF-XREF2_HD) getting populated..whats the way out? any suggestions?

I have even tried using EXTENSION2 of this BAPI, but no use..

Hi,

My recomendation is to read the documenation on the fm in SE37 first, if you haven't done it already. BAPI's come with good documenation on its use and what mandatory data to be passed. once you read on the mandatory fields it expects i feel you will get the problem yourself.

In FB03, do you see these fields at all? It may be a configuration issue.
