    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  You just have to figure out which area the functional design is reffering to and then find out teh tables in tah area(SD,MM,PP,FI etc) and then few selects to fecth data and looping accross ur internal tables and few tabel proccessing would do for reports&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if its FM, tehn find out wt are  the Importing or exporting parameters and any exceptions to be raised&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;like wise there  is no hard n fast flow logic or documents for preparing Technical Specification, it depends on teh fucntional desing and which aplication you will be devoloping&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;theja&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
