SM13 Error message

Hi Friends,

A user in our system created and saved an order and a success message was displayed with the order number. But due to some error in the update queue, the order did not actually get saved in SAP. The error pointed to the Function Module "CSLTM_DLG2UPD_INTERNALADDLOCK" and the error details were "CSL_TOKENMGMT 019: CSL: AIP_CSL_TOKENMGMT::INTERNAL_ADDLOCK". Can any of you please let me know what is the reason for this error and how to prevent it. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Please check that in SM12 to see if any of your transactions are locked. Plz unlock them and repeat the process.
